4. Pricing, credits & payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars for customers outside Brazil. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Premium subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Credit packs are one-time purchases.

5. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once credits are used. Unused credit balances may be refunded at our discretion. You may cancel a subscription at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, resell, or use the service unlawfully, or attempt to bypass technical limits.

7. Intellectual property

Zelari's descriptions, trademarks, and system are ours. Catalog metadata comes from third parties (such as TMDB and JustWatch) and belongs to their owners.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. Analyses are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies; we don't guarantee completeness. Zelari describes; you decide.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
