This Policy explains how Zelari handles your personal information, consistent with U.S. privacy laws including the CCPA/CPRA (for California residents).

1. Who we are

Zelari (zelari.tv) is responsible for the personal information processed in the service.

2. Information we collect

Email, verified mobile number, billing country, usage data, and — when you create child profiles — the name and birthdate you enter. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store card numbers.

3. How we use it

To provide your account and purchases, to communicate with you, to keep the service secure, and to improve it. We don't sell or “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers that make Zelari work (e.g., Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, AI providers to generate analyses), and as required by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., California), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale/sharing of your information. To exercise these, email privacy@zelari.tv. We won't discriminate against you for doing so.

6. Children

Zelari is intended for adults (parents and guardians) and is not directed to children under 13. Child profile data you enter is processed on your behalf to personalize recommendations. We don't knowingly collect data directly from children (COPPA).
